There are currently over 700 "fix up" properties in the Tucson Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  Fix Up properties can be a good value if you spend time to evaluate the costs involved in bringing the home back into livable condition.  Most fix up homes are sold "as-is" which means what you see is what you get!

The Tucson MLS divides the area into 14 boundaries. These boundaries are North, Northeast, Northwest, Extended Northwest, West, Extended West, Central, Southeast, South, Extended South, Southwest and Extended Southwest.

The areas extend north into Pinal County, southeast to Vail, extends south past Green Valley, and west to the Tohono O'Odham Nations land. The Tucson MLS current holds approximately 10,000 available properties.
