Staging
is the very best proven way to get top dollar for your home
as you prepare it for sale. Homes that are staged sell faster
and for more money!
This is because Staging sets the scene throughout the house
to create immediate buyer interest in your property. This
will then lead to your home selling for the highest possible
price in today's market.
That is why we have made a commitment to have a professional stager among our Associates, Leigh Ann Ganuelas. Leigh Ann is currently the President of the Tucson chapter of Accredited Staging Professionals (ASP) and is very active in her field. Her work has been featured in the Arizona Daily Star and KOLD - Channel 13. Staging your home is crucial in today's market!
Remember, the way you live in your
home, and the way you market and sell your house are two different
things.

Interior before and
after shots - An easy way to see effectively "staged"
homes is to visit decorated models. Decorating a model
is expensive, but builders are willing to invest the cost
because they understand just how well a "staged"
home sells. However, staging does not need to cost you
any money and is essential when you are competing in today's
market. It can be as simple as packing away most of your personal
items and eliminating clutter. Click

Before you put your home on the market, give it the sniff
test. Many people are oblivious to scents, but others are
extremely sensitive to offensive odors. To eliminate bad smells,
bathe your pets, freshen the cat litter box frequently, shampoo
your carpets, dry clean your drapes, and empty trash cans,
recycling bins and ash trays.
Place open boxes of baking soda in smell-prone areas, and refrain
from cooking fish or strong-smelling foods. Introduce pleasing
smells by placing flowers or potpourri in your home and using
air fresheners. Baking a fresh or frozen pie, bread or some
other fragrant treat is another common tactic. |
