Lynn Warde

I met Lynn 6 years ago when we co-founded the Marana Arts Council. I was instantly impressed with her organization and people skills and knew that she would be a great friend and a fantastic person to do business with. So when I was in need of help, I called Lynn and hired her away from the Town of Marana, where she ran the clerk’s office.

From assisting home owners with their relocation needs to helping the agents in the field with paperwork, Lynn has quickly become the hub of our team. She has a talent for zeroing in on what our clients needs are and then providing top notch service that exceeds everyone’s expectations.

Charlene "Charlie" Warner

Charlie Warner is a woman who has done it all! Wife, mother, instructor, manager, business owner – and along the way has sold millions in real estate. When I met Charlie, she had expanded her career by entering into the mortgage industry and was so excited to come back to the field she loved best, Real Estate.

Charlie plays a key role at Kai Associates by assisting both home buyers and sellers with all of their needs. She brings to them over 30 years of industry knowledge and experience.

Valerie Bracy

When I met Valerie, about 7 years ago, she was a manager for a large apartment complex in Marana. I was working with clients who had many difficult requirements while their new home was being built. We tried many different apartment complexes, but Valerie was the only manager who was willing to accommodate them. Not only did she get them what they needed, but she stayed in close contact with them the entire time to ensure that they were satisfied. It was refreshing to see such professionalism and her 16 years of experience really showed.

With a family of seven, Valerie really understands the importance of what makes a home not only functional, but affordable. Valerie’s role with Kai Associates is to help home buyers determine what is really important to them while educating them on the entire buying process.
