SENIORS
REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST 
The
Senior Advantage Real Estate Council®, “SAREC”,
was created several years ago to assist qualified
REALTORS® wanting to meet the special needs and
concerns of maturing Americans when buying or selling
residential or investment properties. SAREC offers
a specific designation, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, “SRES®”,
to identify those members who have demonstrated that
they have the requisite knowledge, experience and
expertise to be a senior’s real estate specialist
and counselor.
ACCREDITED
BUYERS REPRESENTATIVE 
The
Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation
is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation.
This coveted designation is awarded to real estate
practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council
(REBAC) of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® who
meet the specified educational and practical experience
criteria.
e-PRO CERTIFIED AGENT 
The
e-PRO Internet Professional belongs to a special
community of highly skilled and continuously trained

CCIM
Candidate – Certified
Commercial Investment Member 
A
Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is
a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial
and investment real estate. Recognized for its preeminence
within the industry, the CCIM curriculum represents
the core knowledge expected of commercial investment
practitioners, regardless of the diversity of specializations
within the industry. The CCIM curriculum consists
of four core courses that incorporate the essential
CCIM skill sets: financial analysis, market analysis,
user decision analysis, and investment analysis for
commercial investment real estate.
RLI – Realtors
Land Institute
The
REALTORS® Land Institute's main objective is
to bring together real estate professionals interested
in the improvement of their professional competence
in activities related to land; including land brokerage,
agribusiness, land management, planning and developing,
appraising, acquisition, and any other land specialty
areas.
REAL
ESTATE CYBERSPACE SOCIETY 
The
Real Estate CyberSpace Society provides information
on real estate technology issues and strategies,
as well as a common meeting ground for professionals
from all aspects of the real estate industry.

The
Women's Council of Realtors is a community of real
estate professionals creating business opportunities,

NATIONAL
ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®   
The
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® has developed
a Fair Housing Program to provide resources and guidance
to REALTORS® in ensuring equal professional services
for all people. The term REALTOR® identifies
a licensed professional in real estate who is a member
of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. Not
all licensed real estate brokers and salespersons
are members of the National Association, and only
those who are may identify themselves as REALTORS®.
They conduct their business and activities in accordance
with a strict Code of Ethics.
